Welcome to Yathum Construction. I am Er.A.Sathish Kumar,B.E., Chief Engineer. With years of experience in civil engineering, our team sets benchmarks in residential and commercial building construction.

Our Engineering & Material Standards

  • Concrete: Precise mix proportions (minimum M20 grade concrete) with controlled water-cement ratios.
  • Steel: High-grade Fe-550 TMT steel bars to resist seismic and load stresses.
  • Aggregates: Washed, clean sand and well-graded blue metal aggregates.
  • Curing: Continuous concrete curing under wet cover for at least 14 days.
